Alec helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He made himself available with little notice, even on late weekend evenings, and it felt like we were working with a friend. Alec was so efficient with the contracts and we trusted him to communicate with the seller and our loan officer, and to relay back with us on how to strengthen our offers and rebuttals. Alec himself is very active in his own community and HOA, so he was very keen in spotting healthy communities.
