Alec helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Right off the bat he sat down with us and listened to what we were looking for and took us out the next day for showings. He made himself available with little notice, even on late weekend evenings, and it felt like we were working with a friend. Alec was so efficient with the contracts and we trusted him to communicate with the seller and our loan officer, and to relay back with us on how to strengthen our offers and rebuttals. Alec himself is very active in his own community and HOA, so he was very keen in spotting healthy communities. We felt he had our best interest in mind and we are very grateful for his guidance throughout the process.

Let’s just start by saying Alec Short is nothing short of amazing!!!!! He really is so knowledgeable and loves his job. Not at any moment did I feel that we picked the wrong broker. He understood the time constraints we were under and without hesitation he helped us grab the house we wanted. Before we could close on our house in CO we first had to close on the one we were selling in NM. When things in NM came to a abrupt hault Alec was not afraid to contact our broker in NM and offer pointers and help to insure we closed on time. When we had any questions Alec was quick to answer and if he didn’t know the answer he would find out. He was always communicating with us. At one point I wondered if he ever took a day off because he was always available. I wish everyone could have an awesome broker like a Alec Short.... wait, u can!!!! Just contact Alec! You won’t be disappointed and the stress of buying a house will be removed with him.
